Local Cleveland company is seeking a Films Extrusion Manager to add to their staff.
Requirements:
•Bachelor's degree in business/technical with MBA preferred leading to robust business and financial acumen
•More than 7-10 years operations experience in improving business and manufacturing processes to eliminate waste, create customer value and drive profitability
•Films extrusion experience required
•Films lamination would be a potential consideration
•Must be a charismatic, hands on, visible leader that can drive change and engage the work force
•Proven ability to communicate and develop influential relationships at multiple levels within an organization, leads in a positive and collaborative manner, and relates to employees at all levels.
•Strong technical foundation with understanding of extrusion and polymer processing
•Strategic thinker with keen problem solving capabilities and sense of urgency
•Working knowledge of manufacturing best practices, material flow and improvement strategies (e.g. ELS) and the ability to integrate those into the operation
