Dollar Bank is seeking a motivated, flexible, hardworking professional dedicated to sales and customer service to join our team as a Relationship Manager.
JOB FUNCTION/PURPOSE:
The Relationship Manager is responsible for quality in all aspects of performance , including, but not limited to:
- Originate & build personal lending relationships with customers through outstanding service, personal attention, and regular contact through outbound calling efforts and the mail.
- Delivering of quality customer service.
- Generate asset production results by identifying and satisfying customer's needs.
- Assist in the implementation of a direct marketing campaign to build business relationships in the community generating customer leads and developing business.
- Personally developing business through proactive relationship building techniques.
- Personally contributing effort and results towards the growth of the Bank.
- Maintaining operational integrity.
Successful Candidates Should Possess:
- 2-3 years prior banking or financial company sales experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability and desire to consistently deliver quality customer service.
- Experience and demonstrate success in producing results through effective proactive relationship building and by delivering quality customer service.
- Demonstrated creativity, resourcefulness, and self-motivation in producing results.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
