Are you a solid Admin Assistant looking for a Part-Time Assignment?
*This contract is approved for 3 months*

Our client is an awesome employer that has been in this region for almost 70 years and has locations throughout the central United States and on the east coast. They are a stable industry leader in our region. 

In this role, you will start out working 20 hours per week, with potential based on need to go to 30 hours.  We will be flexible on your schedule Monday - Friday between 8:30-5p (i.e. full days vs. half days - but we do want to see a consistent schedule).  Your day to day functions will include processing invoices, processing press releases, assisting with corporate apparel orders and tracking, monthly statements and other assistant related activities.


  • Solid administrative assistant experience
  • Strong knowledge of computer applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Accounting systems would be preferred to help with invoice processing
  • Quick learner
