Raider Search is helping a Global Professional Services Firm identify and hire a Highly Professional Collections Analyst.
This role is part of a national team responsible for ensuring clients’ timely payments for services rendered.
The Collections Analyst will work with Firm Executives to establish contact with their clients as it relates to delinquent Matters. The Collection Analyst will be integral in establishing relationships with the Executives and their clients to assist in managing the inventory portfolio.
This will include, but is not limited to, contact to clients for payments, establish payment arrangements / settlement, conduct reconciliations of accounts, generate related reports, report analysis and communication between Clients, Executives and Firm management.
Candidates must have a minimum of four years of experience in collections in a professional services environment or equivalent experience with Global 500 companies. The ideal candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and Outlook is required.
