Senior Mortgage Customer Advocate Needed for Office of the President - 3 Weeks Vacation
If you answered yes to these 3 questions, we want to talk to you. Our client is a well established mortgage company who is seeking a senior customer service advocate for the office of the president. To be qualified for this position you MUST have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Outstanding follow up. Specific experience in a customer advocate who has handled the most elevated calls or a paralegal backgroun. Ideally, we are seeking candidates that have a legal background working for a law firm that supports mortgage servicing companies or have acted as a team lead or level 4 SPOC.

This individual will be responsible for creating correspondence, doing internal research, getting to the root of the complaint and resolving the complaint.
4 year degree is preferred but not required.
