Client Relations Specialist
Job Objective:
We are looking for an individual that likes working with older clientele.  A friendly, energetic, and job oriented individual is need for this position.  We are looking for a person who truly loves helping people and has superior communication skills and an outgoing personality.
  • Initiate outbound calls and receive inbound calls from clients and prospects for the purpose of setting sales and client support appointments as well as take reservations for Townsend educational and social events throughout the year
  • Schedule appointments, manage and coordinate multiple work calendars
  • Utilize websites such as MapQuest and Yahoo maps to create time efficient and well planned site meetings for advisors and clients
  • Work from a computer generated task list
  • Enter notes and client information into a computerized database
  • Reserve meeting rooms for satellite offices
  • Achieve/exceed productivity goals for phone contacts with an emphasis on growing and retaining the existing client base through client interaction
  • Maintain call logs in data base
  • Support organization’s mission
  • Patience  to adapt to changing initiatives
  • Must be able to relate and get along well with others
  • Four year college or university program certificate; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in the field of  customer service
  • Ability to follow verbal and written directions
  • Ability to verbally communicate and articulate clearly and professionally with clients, prospects and staff in person or on the phone
  • Possess Windows based computer skills
  • Display effective verbal and written communication skill
  • Display organizational skills
  • Ability to pay attention to details and accuracy
  • Coordinate multiple calendars and schedules for staff
  • Willingness and ability to learn pertinent information about company, services, and products

  • Solid interpersonal, coaching, and partnership skills are a must. Successful candidate must be highly effective and comfortable in social initiating, and being receptive, open, and approachable.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities. However, this position does provide guidance to staff members and coordination with outside vendors.
