Raider Search is assisting a mid-size company off Route 2 near the Painesville area. Our client is committed to find a hands-on financial and accounting leader with a minimum four years experience who will be involved in all business aspects of a privately held company and will report directly to the president. This is a high growth potential opportunity and the successful candidate is expected to grow into a key member of the management team.
Four Year Accounting (or similar) Degree; Very Strong Excel skills, Strong I.T. and systems background and Sound understanding of GAAP as well as Previous supervisory experience.
4-8 years of professional experience and CPA and/or MBA or other relevant professional certifications
Duties / Responsibilities;
Manage all financial operations of the business including financial reporting, banking, payroll and benefits.
Responsible for all financial, cost, and inventory reporting/ bank reconciliations to financial statements.
Prepare and post monthly entries, provide general ledger and financial analysis, and variance reporting
Ability to complete month-end close process and produce financial statements, including account reconciliations
