We’re seeking a tech-savvy, UX Specialist team member who will focus a majority of her/his time assisting our clients in how to use, leverage and interact with our premiere product the M360. This involves utilizing various data visualization tools and other data tools that are used throughout the industry. The UX specialist is also responsible for recording and communicating feedback they receive while interacting with the clients to the UX Manager. The work is both independent and collaborative in nature. The team is young-at-heart, super smart, and fun! Come join our team!
Conduct training sessions with clients through onsite and online methods.
The UX specialist will assist clients through training and report writing assistance. Gather report requirements from clients and determine the best strategy of report development to exceed the client’s expectations.
Design data visualizations for clients through various industry standard BI tools. The most common tools used in the UX department are: SSRS, Power BI and Tableau.
Develop data visualizations for the Credit Union App Store utilizing reports developed for clients and newly designed reports.
Collaborate with the Product Development team to ensure client requests are achieved through M360 enhancements.

Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance/Economics
One year of experience working directly with others to understand requirements for a final product
One year of experience in training or teaching
Ability and willingness to travel as needed (maximum of one week at a time)
Experience working on projects focused on credit unions/financial services preferred, not required
Power BI, SSRS, Tableau
