This position offers a great location with a successful, well respected, multi-billion asset, financial institution with low employee turnover.  Our client seeks a Senior Fiduciary Officer to oversee compliance, policies and procedures of the trust company.  This is an opportunity to join a rapidly expanding organization.  
You will be located in Northwest Arkansas one of the fastest growing and most dynamic regions in America. 


As Senior Fiduciary Officer, you will:
  • Provide trust compliance training support and resources to Trust Managers and Management
  • Prepare curriculum and conduct semi-annual training for all trust employees
  • Develop training policies, programs, and schedules based on identified training needs.
  • Be lead contact for compliance examinations.  
  • Identify, monitor, and help resolve situations with pose significant financial risk
  • Manage a staff of one or more in the compliance area
  • Monitor and research new regulatory developments and requirements governing fiduciary activities
  • Propose and execute solutions to ensure compliance with new regulations
As Senior Fiduciary Officer, you will have/be:
  • Ten plus years experience in trust 
  • Three years experience as a supervisor/manager
  • Demonstrated competence in all aspects of fiduciary risk management
  • Advanced studies in finance, law, trust, wills, and marketing preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree required; CTFA, CFP, CPA, JD or other related designation a plus
  • The ability to plan and organize resources to achieve goals
  • Action and results oriented attitude
  • Composed under pressure and ability to effectively handle conflict
Compensation:  $100,000 to $150,000 DOE
