Our client seeks a Senior Fiduciary Officer to oversee compliance, policies and procedures of the trust company. This is an opportunity to join a rapidly expanding organization.
You will be located in Northwest Arkansas one of the fastest growing and most dynamic regions in America.
As Senior Fiduciary Officer, you will:
Provide trust compliance training support and resources to Trust Managers and Management
Prepare curriculum and conduct semi-annual training for all trust employees
Develop training policies, programs, and schedules based on identified training needs.
Be lead contact for compliance examinations.
Identify, monitor, and help resolve situations with pose significant financial risk
Manage a staff of one or more in the compliance area
Monitor and research new regulatory developments and requirements governing fiduciary activities
Propose and execute solutions to ensure compliance with new regulations
As Senior Fiduciary Officer, you will have/be:
Ten plus years experience in trust
Three years experience as a supervisor/manager
Demonstrated competence in all aspects of fiduciary risk management
Advanced studies in finance, law, trust, wills, and marketing preferred
Bachelor’s degree required; CTFA, CFP, CPA, JD or other related designation a plus
The ability to plan and organize resources to achieve goals
Action and results oriented attitude
Composed under pressure and ability to effectively handle conflict
$100,000 to $150,000 DOE
