Job Description
Our client is an established international consulting and training firm focused on customized business simulations and other discovery learning solutions that lead corporations to success. They are currently seeking Sales Solutions Consultants for growing the sales practice. If you have proven ability to develop strong relationships, conceptualize and facilitate new learning solutions and become a trusted advisor to client sales leaders, then this position is for you.
Responsibilities:
Strategically sell sales learning solutions to sales executives.
Trusted advisor for sales executives at major corporations.
Enable sales leaders to execute visions and strategies.
Identify and close new sales opportunities with existing and new clients.
Exceed revenue and profitability goals.
Write and communicate proposals.
Facilitate new learning programs.
Design new learning solutions and programs.
Client interviews with CEOs and business leaders to develop an understanding of their companys key levers for driving profitability and growth.
Collaborate with small internal teams to design and build customized business simulations and other discovery learning solutions.
Lead senior level executives through discovery based learning experiences and facilitate participants understanding of relevant content areas.
Manage several accounts including taking the lead in regards to sales efforts.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while working with clients across various industries
Identify new growth opportunities and generation of leads for add-on business.
Become a valued strategic partner for clients.
Requirements:
MBA degree.
At least ten to fifteen years years business to business sales experience, sales management experience preferred.
Demonstrated sales achievement with experience selling to small and large companies in a variety of industries.
Ability to sell a vision.
Led or consulted on sales transformation.
Presentation and facilitation skills.
Business results focused.
Passionate about learning and development.
A personality.
Professional, teamplayer; strong social skills; star attitude but humble.
Ability to develop and cultivate lasting relationships.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Education: Bachelors degree and MBA required.
Travel: Up to 50% national and international travel.
