Job Description:
The Vice President of Finance will provide strategy and direction for our financial operational functions. This will be achieved by enhancing and monitoring systems to improve performance and to assure compliance with internal policies as well as State/Federal regulations. Financial and operating areas may include budgeting, forecasting, billing, contracting, cost accounting, commissions, and risk-share reconciliation. Qualified candidates will have proven background within major casino operations.

Job Requirements:
-A minimum of 10+ years of finance and accounting experience in the casino/gaming industry required.
-Must possess or be able to obtain/maintain gaming registration and an alcohol awareness card.
-Proven track record being proactive in responding to changing market factors.
-Must have exceptional intellectual, professional, and interpersonal agility with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
-Ability to work collaboratively and communicate with senior management located at various Properties and Corporate.
-Work in a fast-paced, & somewhat stressful environment.

Education/Qualifications:
-Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance. (Masters degree preferred)
-Certified Public Accountant required.
